When do these terms apply?
These terms apply to the website, the game, accounts, messages, purchases, support and all features connected to Maffiosi.com. If you no longer agree, you can stop using the site.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for your account. Keep your password private, use a real email address and do not share, sell or trade accounts. Tell support quickly if you notice abuse or suspicious access.
Age
Maffiosi.com is intended for players who are old enough to use online games under the rules in their country. If you are under age, use the site only with permission from a parent or guardian.
Fair play
Cheats, bots, macros, scripts, custom extensions that automate actions, exploits and bug abuse are not allowed. Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is also not allowed.
Respect for other people
Maffiosi.com is a mafia game, but real threats, harassment, doxing, hate speech, sexual harassment and misuse of personal data do not belong here.
Payments & VIP
Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Credits, VIP, items and other virtual benefits only belong inside the game and have no cash value outside Maffiosi.com. Because digital game currency is delivered immediately and automatically, purchases are final and right of withdrawal does not apply. Violating game rules and any resulting sanctions, resets or bans do not entitle to any refunds or compensation.
Player messages and content
You may post messages, profile text, family names and other content as long as it is not illegal, threatening, discriminatory, hateful, spammy or infringing. You allow us to show that content in-game, keep it for moderation and remove it when needed.
Moderation & sanctions
If rules are broken, we may warn players, remove messages, pause accounts, ban accounts, roll back progress, correct purchases or rewards and take other reasonable action. We try to be fair, but game integrity comes first.
Appeals & Dispute Resolution (14-day window)
When an account is deactivated or banned for rule violations (such as multi-accounting or botting), you have a maximum of 14 days to submit an appeal via our appeal form or via appeal@maffiosi.com. You may specify 1 specific account you wish to retain. After 14 days, the deactivation is final.
Anti-cheat and bot detection
We use technical checks, logging, rate limits, captcha/security checks and pattern analysis to find bots, macros, exploits and abuse. This helps protect real players. More information is in our privacy policy.
Availability and liability
Maffiosi.com is provided as is. We do our best to keep the game stable and secure, but we do not promise error-free or uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, data loss or progress loss, except where the law says otherwise.
Maintenance, updates and seasons
We may change, balance, pause or remove features. Seasons, rankings, rewards and game rules may change to keep the game fair and interesting.
Termination
You may stop playing at any time. We may limit or end access for serious or repeated rule violations, security risks or long inactivity.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the game, the law or the way we work changes. For important changes, we will notify you on the site, in-game or by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
